Introducing O. C. D.

What started as a silly thought involving a play on words turned into a dream business for Jillian DuMond. Organizational Consulting & Design (O.C.D. if you please) hatched out of the blue one day and flew from the cozy nest of Jillian’s brain out into the real world to help make a difference in other people’s lives.

Jillian is swiftly approaching her 30th year, and what better way to celebrate than to, you know, start an entire business? Fun facts about Jillian:

• Raised on the West Side of Evansville as a Mater Dei grad (Class of 2010)

• Obtained her BFA in Performing Arts from Western Kentucky University (2014)

• Worked in the theatrical world in Kentucky and Virginia (2014-2015)

• Worked 2 years at Montessori Academy in Evansville (2015-2017)

• Spent countless hours nannying in Newburgh and—upon moving to Los Angeles in 2018, with her now-husband Jeff, to further pursue her acting career—Los Angeles. (2017-2020).

• Also worked as a host at Assistance In Marketing Los Angeles (AIM LA), where she took on varying tasks and responsibilities ranging from being a typist for kids’ focus groups, to helping respondents for both kid and adult focus groups check in and complete necessary paperwork, to assisting the clients with any of their needs (paperwork printing/copying, room set up, technological set up—e.g. mics, cameras, translation recorders, and catering, etc. for the focus groups being run).

• Moved back to Evansville with Jeff and her beloved dog, Kirby in 2020 (Thanks, Covid!)

• Works full time as an Administrative Professional at Heathcotte&Weinzapfel LLC…But with the advent of her new business, hopes to cut back to helping out when the dreaded Tax Season hits, while in the off-season she makes her dreams—and her clients’ dreams of becoming more organized—come true!
